In denial.....

If I don't look out of the window I can pretend it's not blowing a gale and chucking it down with rain again.  I've filled the house with spring flowers and am choosing spring like fabrics to work with.  Hope you are staying dry, warm and safe wherever you are x

    1. Thank you Dorothy, hope the roof has stayed on. We lost part of ours in October last year and the scaffolding finally came down on Christmas Eve, so I hope we don't have any more excitement like that! Stay warm and enjoy your daffodils. Julie x

    1. Denial land is a great place to be Clare... it has great coffee and cake! It's so sad, we have lost an awful lot of trees this year with all of the winds. Take care. Julie x

  4. I don't suppose that I should mention that down here at the bottom of the world it is a bright and sunny day. No....I thought I shouldn't!! BUT.....it will soon be Spring there and before you know it, that glorious countryside of yours will be dancing with oodles of pretty flowers. Oh....I love those owls of yours in that pretty and spring-like fabric. They will sweep those wintry 'blues' away; as will those joyous flowers spread throughout your lovely home!!

    1. Thanks Jennifer... we've not had it as bad as some areas of the UK. The poor people of Somerset are facing flooding again this week. I'm sure it will improve soon! :-) x
