18!

My baby boy turned 18 this weekend, where has that time gone?! He is looking rather tired on the photos as he got up at ridiculous o'clock so his dad could see him open presents before he went to work!  I did make him a bacon sandwich to help though!

He had a 'gathering' (not a party mum) so it was a good excuse to hang decorations.  I got the snowflakes and paper balls from RE a couple of years ago and will put them up for any reason at all!

Apart from that I'm pretty much chained to the sewing machine, trying to get all of my orders made in time for Christmas, still not sure if it will happen... fingers crossed!

Have a good week everyone x

  1. Ahh, he looks most embarrassed being photgraphed by mum! I hope he has a lovely day.
I love those huge paper balls and must try and get some before Christmas ... I nearly bought some in our local Christmas shop sale last year ... I don't know why I didn't; I'm kicking myself now.
Now, get back to that sewing machine ... good luck ... my fingers are crossed for you! :) M x

    1. Thank you, that's really kind. Yes, I am now the mother of a 22, 20 and 18 year old, which is a bit odd, as I feel about that age! Julie x

  10. (Oh and I love those paper balls too. I wanted to hang them for our wedding, but it was one detail too many ... Putting them up for Christmas is a great idea though, and one I will hopefully be copying!)
