Grand day out

Had a lovely day yesterday, just me and my significant other.  We went to our local agricultural show - the Suffolk Show.  The weather stayed dry but was cool.

These are local horses - the Suffolk Punch, gentle giants and also the mascot for the local football team - Ipswich Town

These were waiting for me when I got home though, so back to the grindstone today!

Have a great weekend, I think the weather is supposed to improve - here's to a flaming June x

    1. You know what it's like, the first one is a bit of an experiment, the second one you really enjoy, I'm now on doll garland number 8 and getting a wee bit bored of them now! Jx

  3. The Suffolk Show looks great. Thank goodness it didn't rain, quagmire time at a show! Some of my favourites there too - geese, alpacas and piggies!!

  4. The piggies were definitely the stars for me, misbehaving in the show ring and I wanted to smuggle a piglet home under my coat! Jx

  9. Oh I am envious, I LOVE a good country show, I was brought up going to them (in fact we often hosted the local one in one of our fields), they most do them around here in Kent, perhaps I am just in the wrong loop, must investigate. Glad you had a good day. Beth/thelinencat xx
