Back to Normal (well as normal as I get anyway!)

We had a fab week in the Yorkshire Dales, I don't want to big it up too much because it seems a fairly well kept secret and it would be a shame if it got busy.  There was plenty of snow, but the roads were clear so we were able to have a good look around.  We had some lovely walks, saw loads of these

these

The scenery was beautiful, this was the view from our cottage

Just a few more pictures to give you an overall feel of the dales

Harry liked climbing over the walls!

But now it's back to normal, lots of washing and ironing to catch up on and lots of cleaning to make our home not smell of teenage boys and alcohol, which seemed to be the order of the day whilst we were away! Never mind, it was worth it x

  1. Lovely photos - looks like you had a 'reet grand'
time in the Dales (that was my poor attempt at a bit of Yorky dialect!) Loving the picture of Harry especially Helen x

  6. I did laugh as I scrolled through the canera, going away without children for the first time was lovely, but we overcompensated and took loads of photos of Harry instead! Jx

    1. I would thoroughly recommend it. Cleaning now done, house smells like it should again (if a little bit houndy thanks to a damp Harry after his walk this morning!) Just a bit more laundry! Jx
